Working Hrs: 40hrs/week
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support for Windows workstations & peripherals, Network & wireless Connectivity, Printers & Microsoft Office applications
- Support corporate applications (Windows Server-based)
- Escalate complex issues to 2nd-level IT / vendors
- Track incidents in web-based ticketing system
- Deploy standard OS image & software
- Administer daily backup & data restoration
- Perform Windows Server administration
- Handle IT inventory & documentation
- Physically relocation workstations when required (BCP / seating changes)
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer Science
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT Helpdesk / Desktop Support or Windows Server Administration or Network Administration
- Able to work independently
