Job Summary
Provide IT infrastructure, systems administration and user support services to ensure stable, secure and efficient operations of the Company's Singapore manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for maintaining internal systems, supporting users, managing servers and network infrastructure, and strengthening information security controls to support both plant setup and ongoing operational requirements.
Job Description
- Maintain and support internal IT systems to ensure stable and reliable operations.
- Provide first-and second-level user support, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve technical defects in a timely manner.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements for system enhancements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Install, configure and maintain servers, operating systems and enterprise applications.
- Manage system environment setup, software deployment and version upgrades.
- Administer and monitor server performance, storage and network infrastructure perform tuning and optimisation where required.
- Configure and maintain network equipment including switches, routers and firewalls.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives including firewall management, endpoint protection, access controls and compliance with IT security policies.
- Develop and maintain IT architecture documentation, system maintenance manuals and user guides.
- Support disaster recovery planning, backup management and business continuity initiatives.
- Assist with IT-related audits and compliance reviews.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned in support of business and operational needs.
Job Requirements
- 3 Years of relevant experience
- Minimum bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proficiency in English (Written and Spoken).
- Proficiency in Chinese to liaise with our regional counterpart (Written and spoken).
- Possesses information and network infrastructure planning capabilities and is able to troubleshoot
- network anomalies.
- Familiarity with operating systems, including Window Servers, Linux/Unix, and other Linux/Unix systems is a plus.
- Familiar with TCP/IP protocol suite, subnetting, and IP Address management.
