Plan, set up, and manage all IT and network infrastructure for new store openings, including computers, printers, mobile devices, CCTV systems, Wi-Fi, and telephone lines.
Coordinate, supervise, and manage external vendors for IT and technical setup works.
Set up and manage new user email accounts, including account creation, configuration, access rights assignment, and ongoing maintenance.
Manage and maintain all IT server, systems, hardware, software, and networks across the group of companies.
Ensure all outlets CCTV systems and IT equipment are fully operational at all times.
Provide day-to-day technical support to users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Perform daily maintenance of PCs, laptops, and server rooms, including system updates and checks.
Monitor, manage, and maintain network infrastructure such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Ensure IT security through proper data backups, antivirus management, system access control, and security best practices.
Manage system configurations, user access rights, and conduct regular access reviews.
Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing IT policies, SOPs, and IT guidelines.
Monitor, log, track, and resolve IT incidents, escalating issues when necessary and ensuring closure.
Research, evaluate, and recommend IT equipment and solutions obtain quotations and support procurement processes.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency and system reliability.
Perform ad-hoc IT duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, infrastructure, or systems administration (retail / multi-outlet environment preferred)
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure setup including PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, CCTV systems, network cabling, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
Familiar with Windows OS, basic server administration, email systems (e.g. Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace), and user access management
Working knowledge of network troubleshooting, hardware diagnostics, and software issue resolution
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and incident management skills
Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize issues, and work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication and coordination skills to support users across different outlets
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong sense of responsibility
