Job Responsibilities
- Provide operationalsupportfor Windows laptop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrate network knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues.
- Have basic knowledge for managingandadministratingM365 environments.
- Havehardware troubleshooting skills to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Utilize ticketing systems, such as Jira, to track and resolveITissues.
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- Exhibitexcellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
Skills And Abilities
- Certification in CompTIA A+ and MicrosoftMS-900 would be highly beneficial.
- Previous experience inITsupportor related roles.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an IT Support role
