Daily operational and technical support to end users on hardware, software and basic network issues.
Coordinate and manage IT support activities across multiple site offices.
ITIL with strong emphasis on Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management.
VMware Virtualization, Microsoft 365 Office cloud and IBM Lotus Notes / Domino Administration.
Server / Network / Firewall Administration.
Resolve Level 1 and 2 PC / Application Issues.
Escalation of Level 3 Application Issues to third-party vendors.
Adhere to internal Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and deliverables.

Requirements:
ITE / Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Engineering or equivalent.
1 - 2 years of system administration experience in MS Windows Server Systems, VMware Virtualization, Microsoft 365 cloud and IBM Lotus Notes / Domino System Administration.
Familiar with PC Hardware, MS Windows Desktop / Server OS, Linux, MS A/D and basic network, TCP / IP knowledge and troubleshooting.
Certifications in Microsoft Office 365, IBM Lotus Notes / Domino, MCSE, CCNA are advantageous.
