The Opportunity
- Maintaining good relationships with new and existing customers.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
- Liaising with finance department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products.
- Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
- Following up on sales inquiries.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities.
Your Background
- Diploma in any field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in inside sales position.
- Experience working in IT distributor environment would be an advantage.
- Results-driven to achieve and exceed sales target.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to build customer rapport.
