Responsibilities
- Call and qualify leads daily to uncover new opportunities and update statuses in the system.
- Secure appointments for introductions and sales presentations.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to engage prospects and follow up effectively.
- Prepare and present quotations to customers.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Strategize deals by aligning solutions with customers business objectives and needs.
- Follow up diligently with customers to ensure successful deal closures.
- Conduct account planning with customers to support long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Provide weekly sales reports to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant sales experience, preferably in IT infrastructure services such as system integration, consulting, or hardware/software fulfillment.
- Strong passion for sales with a positive, self-motivated, and driven mindset.
- Proactive in making calls, clarifying needs, and pursuing opportunities.
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
- Eagerness to learn about technology with a willingness to self-learn.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Resilient under pressure, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
