Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • End to End IT recruitment cycle
  • Create Database
  • Shortlist Candidates and conduct initial interviews
  • Verify candidate profile
  • Prepare client CV
  • Coordinate with candidate for arranging interviews
  • Salary negotiations
  • Final closure of positions
  • Weekly report generation and submission to Clients

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree/ Diploma
  • Min 2 year(s) of working experience as a recruiter in the recruitment industry
  • Excellent communications, presentation, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work as a team member.
  • Candidate should be a self-starter, a positive thinker, flexible, and result-oriented.
