About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end technology hiring across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing technical talent, managing recruitment vendors, and partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver hiring goals efficiently.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a deep understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and technology-related positions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Coordinate technical assessments and interview processes with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technology talent across multiple skill sets.
Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and staffing vendors.
- Negotiate terms, service levels, and hiring timelines with vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance metrics including quality of candidates, turnaround time, and hiring success rates.
- Ensure vendors comply with company hiring standards and recruitment processes.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with hiring managers, department heads, and HR business partners to understand workforce needs.
- Provide regular hiring updates, market insights, and recruitment progress reports to stakeholders.
- Advise stakeholders on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
- Ensure a positive hiring experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and ATS updates.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring activities when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in IT / Technical Recruitment.
- Experience hiring for roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, QA, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.
- Proven experience in vendor management and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent market trends.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
