Summary:
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Smart Security & Automation division. You will be responsible for project delivery, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and managing projects in a system integration (SI) environment. Your role involves overseeing large-scale projects ($10-15 million) and ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Management:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to align with objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of services and equipment.
Risk & Progress Management:
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Monitor and track project progress in accordance with contractual requirements.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
- Report project status to the Project Director and Senior Management.
- Manage project variations related to scope, schedule, and costs.
Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
- Perform project evaluations and assess results for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in project management within an IT or system integration environment.
- PMP certification is required.
- Experience managing large-scale projects ($10-15 million).
- Strong IT background with on-site project management experience.
