Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Partner with Program Managers, IT teams, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders to define project milestones and develop detailed project plans.
Facilitate the development and completion of key project deliverables including business requirements, user stories, solution designs, test cases, deployment plans, and post-launch support.
Track project progress against milestones and proactively manage timelines and deliverables.
Identify potential risks and issues early, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
Establish a consistent reporting cadence to provide project updates and status reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
5 years of project management experience delivering new system capabilities with at least 3 years of experience working on supply chain projects. Experience within the consumer electronics industry.
Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics business processes.
Proven experience working with cross-regional stakeholders and distributed teams.
Excellent communication, planning, prioritization, organization, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Understanding of hardware lifecycle processes, product structures, and hardware prototyping.
Professional project management certification such as PMP or equivalent.
