Role Overview
Manage critical operations for Common Services Provider and Common Payment Gateway systems (SII systems) supporting 10+ eServices with downstream impact management, while executing standard project management practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Critical Systems Operations:
. Oversee day-to-day operations and vendor management for critical
systems.
. Plan and execute project budgets and service requests.
. Coordinate audits, compliance, and security remediation activities.
. Manage AWS/GCC resources and infrastructure hosting.
. Liaise with external vendors maintaining the systems to ensure
delivery of Change Requests are on time and of quality.
. Ensure business continuity for internet-facing eServices without
any unplanned downtime out of maintenance period.
2. Standard Project Management:
. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource
allocation.
. Lead cross-functional project teams and stakeholder management.
. Conduct risk assessment, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.
. Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and governance processes.
. Prepare project status reports and executive dashboards.
. Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and quality deliverables.
. Coordinate user acceptance testing and system deployment
activities.
. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies
(Agile/Waterfall).
