Salary:Up to $4,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of the project under the Program/Project Management Office (PMO).
- Assist project team in the preparation of program-level reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Manage administrative processes related to billing, invoicing, procurement, and resource planning.
- Coordinate and support the delivery of client requirements, project updates, and PMO documentation.
- Monitor project status and assist in generating timely status reports.
- Attend and participate in project meetings; document and follow up on key action items.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with internal and client PMO standards.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Meticulous, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Immediate starters preferred.
- Singaporean Citizens only (due to government project/client compliance).
