Requirement
- Understanding the requirements received from the product owner or business stakeholders
- Document the requirement in form of user stories
- Refine the requirements and prepare detailed user stories with acceptance criteria (including NFR and monitoring needs), target business process, changes required in application from current state to target state, screen mock up, data mapping, rules sheet and interface mapping etc.
- Walkthrough the refined user stories with business stakeholders and product owners to confirm the scope
- Explain the requirement to squad members in the backlog grooming session and further refine story as needed
