About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, building relationships, and growing business opportunities within the IT services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT services and software solutions market
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs and business challenges
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in line with company goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position our solutions effectively
- Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (IT services background strongly preferred)
- Industry Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of IT services delivery models
- Familiarity with software contracting, SOW (Statement of Work), and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Awareness of nuances in pricing, compliance, and vendor management within IT services.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales
- Comfortable with presentations, proposals, and client meetings
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields preferred
- Personality: Outgoing, persuasive, proactive, and target-driven
