Job Overview:

Infra IT Operations Management

a) Minimum of one (1) year of experience in service desk or IT support operations, preferably in environments adopting IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.

b) Proficient in using ticketing and request management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management) to track and process service requests.

c) Responsible for intake, logging, triaging, routing, and tracking of all user-submitted service requests and incidents, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

d) Supports reporting and documentation of service trends, recurring issues, and compliance with operational procedures.
