Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled and proactive IT Manager to oversee our company's IT infrastructure, manage technology resources, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate will lead IT projects, maintain system security, and support business objectives through technology.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software
- Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and technology implementations
- Ensure IT security, data protection, and disaster recovery measures are in place
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Monitor IT performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system efficiency
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate IT team members
Requirements & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of IT management or senior IT experience
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, servers, and cloud technologies
- Experience with cybersecurity, data protection, and disaster recovery
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Singapore IT regulations and standards is a plus
Preferred Attributes- Experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are advantageous
- Experience managing cross-functional IT projects
