We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and support operations. This role is ideal for candidates with strong technical expertise and leadership skills who can ensure reliable, secure, and scalable IT services in an on-site environment in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software.
- Lead and support the IT team, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and development.
- Ensure system security, data protection, and compliance with IT policies and standards.
- Oversee IT support and helpdesk operations to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Plan and manage IT projects, upgrades, and system implementations.
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, and technology budgets.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align IT strategy with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or infrastructure roles.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial IT role.
- Strong knowledge of networks, operating systems, cloud services, and cybersecurity principles.
- Experience with Windows/Linux environments and enterprise IT tools.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Based in Singapore or eligible to work full-time on-site in Singapore.
