IT Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily IT operations, monitoring and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure
• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support to internal users (hardware, software, network, printer issues, video conference)
• Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary
• Assist in user account management (e.g., password resets, user provisioning, access requests)
• Support asset management activities (e.g., IT inventory tracking, labeling, updates)
• Help in setting up workstations, software installations, and device configurations
• Document support procedures, FAQs, and update the internal knowledge base
• Learn and support IT policies, best practices, and basic IT governance
• Collaborate with other departments on IT related tasks as required

What You will Learn:

• Practical exposure to enterprise IT support and operations
• Hands on experience with service desk tools and IT asset management systems
• Basic IT management frameworks and processes (e.g., ITIL, helpdesk ticketing, SOPs)
• End-user support skills and troubleshooting techniques
