Duties and responsibilities
Provide IT field support to end users, mainly to clinic's system support or 1st level application system support to multiple sites in Singapore (Clinic Management System, Workstation, Mobile Devices, Printer / Label Printer / Scanners, Wireless Access Point, Digital Phone, etc)
L1 onsite / remote trouble-shooting and support including setup of end user computing device. Participate in dispatch, phone and incident support User-administration and IT Hardware asset management
Provide daily technical support for system security, network (LAN, VPN, WAN) firewall, antivirus, server (Physical, HyperV), Network Attach Storages, etc)
Work closely with users, vendors to test and deliver system enhancements or projects to ensure quality and on-time delivery
