Designation : IT Helpdesk
Location : Tembusu Crescent
Working Days and Time : Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Job Description :
i. Provide end-user support by troubleshooting issues related to workstations and
peripherals, network connections, wireless devices, printer, and Microsoft Office
business applications.
ii. Escalate unresolved incidents to the nd level support staff and relevant
vendor(s) where necessary.
iii. Keep track of every incident and ensure proper follow-through with updates to the
Web-based incident tracking system.
iv. Manually shift/move workstations as and when necessary (e.g. when there is
movement of staff seating or during BCP exercises).
v. Deploy equipment with standard OS image and software.
vi. Perform routine backup work such as administering the daily backup jobs and
restoration of backup data.
vii. Perform administrative work such as inventory management (recording, tracking, and

ix. Provide end-user support on corporate applications running on Windows server.
Should possess at least a diploma or degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with minimum of 2 years related experience in IT helpdesk & desktop support, Window Server and Network Administration.
