Job Description

• Attending to customer / User fault call (on-site service).
• Perform troubleshooting on both hardware & software.
• Deployment / Installation of IT hardware equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Generate monthly reports and weekly updates.
• Below are examples of the common problems/incidents encountered.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent Engineering field
• No experience welcome
• Knowledge of PC hardware, OS and Application Software especially Win 7/10.
• Able to perform troubleshooting on both hardware and software.
