Job Description

Job Scope
1. Call routing from client to internal team for job assignment
2. Tracking of helpdesk cases to ensure SLA are met
3. Reply to client when internal team responded and job resolved

Candidate Criteria
1. Responsive to calls and assigning of cases to internal teams
2. Able to work well with team members

Working Hours
1. Weekdays 9am-6pm
