IT Engineer

• System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks.
• Network Management: Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure (LANs, WANs, VPNs).
• Technical Support: Provide end-user support and resolve IT issues.
• Security Management: Implement security measures, conduct audits, and ensure compliance.
• Backup and Recovery: Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Project Management: Participate in IT projects and collaborate with other departments.
• Documentation: Maintain IT documentation and create user guides.
• Others ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 1-2 years experience in IT engineering, network administration, and technical support.
