Conduct business need analysis by proactively engaging with stakeholders to deeply understand their goals, challenges, current processes, and underlying pain points.
Provide solution by applying Design Thinking methodologies to idealize innovative solutions and prototype concepts.
Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
Translate high-level business needs into detailed, concise, and testable business requirements, user stories, and comprehensive use cases.
Solution Engineering: Proactively identify and analyze complex business and technical problems, breaking them down into manageable components, and collaborate with technical teams to engineer scalable solutions including opportunities for AI-driven process transformation.
Manage communication and expectations of diverse stakeholders, including senior management, end-users, technical teams, and external vendors.
Assist actively in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of working experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role within an IT environment.
Demonstrable experience with a variety of project methodologies (e.g., Agile Scrum, Waterfall).
Experience in participating in full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio).
Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar) for enhancing processes is a plus.
Highly analytical and systematic approach to identifying root causes of problems and developing practical, effective solutions.
