Senior Business Analyst (1-Year Contract, Renewable)

Location: Tanjong Pagar

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major transformation initiative focused on modernization and refactoring of core systems, supported by the implementation of Generative AI (GenAI) co-pilot capabilities. The GenAI tools will assist with activities such as coding support, query generation, and improving productivity across engineering and business teams.

This role will play a key part in bridging business units, technology teams, and AI initiatives, helping stakeholders understand how AI can be effectively integrated into existing systems and processes. The project involves multiple incoming initiatives and offers the opportunity to work on complex and critical systems that support large-scale operations.

This is a long-term, renewable contract role with strong organizational commitment to AI adoption and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business units and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

• Support initiatives related to system modernization, refactoring, and digital transformation of core platforms.

• Collaborate with engineering teams implementing GenAI co-pilot solutions that assist with development and query generation.

• Advocate and communicate the value of AI-enabled solutions to business stakeholders, helping them understand practical use cases and adoption opportunities.

• Translate complex system requirements into clear functional specifications and process flows.

• Support project delivery across multiple initiatives and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement validation sessions.

• Identify opportunities where AI capabilities can enhance productivity, automation, and decision-making within business workflows.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments.

• Experience working with core systems, mission-critical systems, or large-scale enterprise platforms.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with AI or Generative AI implementation, AI-enabled tools, or digital transformation initiatives.

• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly explanations and advocate for AI adoption.

• Strong analytical thinking and documentation skills.

• Experience working in environments with multiple concurrent projects is highly desirable.
