About the Role
Keyrus is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale Wealth Management IT transformation program for a leading global financial institution in Singapore.
The Consultant will work within the Investment Services stream, contributing to the functional implementation and integration of a Temenos Wealth Suite platform supporting investment advisory, portfolio analysis, discretionary portfolio management, order capture, client suitability checks, and integration with multiple banking systems.
This role requires strong techno-functional expertise in Wealth Management platforms, strong stakeholder communication skills, and experience working within complex transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Functional Design
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from business stakeholders.
- Conduct impact analysis during project preparation and delivery phases.
- Produce and maintain General Functional Specifications (GFS) and Detailed Functional Specifications (DFS).
- Enhance and maintain product backlog items with detailed specifications.
- Ensure clear communication of requirements to development, testing, and integration teams.
System Integration & Delivery
- Act as a point of contact between business stakeholders, vendors, and system integrators.
- Review and validate deliverables produced by external vendors and implementation partners.
- Contribute to the functional architecture evolution of the investment services platform.
- Ensure alignment between the wealth management platform and surrounding systems such as:
- Core banking systems
- Order & Execution Management Systems
- Securities referential systems
- Digital client channels (e-banking, advisory platforms)
Testing & Implementation Support
- Review SIT test cases and ensure coverage of functional requirements.
- Prepare and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure proper documentation of functional and non-functional specifications.
- Escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to project leadership when required.
Operational & Process Contribution
- Support incident analysis and production support activities when required.
- Contribute to change management initiatives.
- Participate in defining or adapting the Target Operating Model (TOM) for investment-related business processes.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
- 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst within IT or financial services.
- Experience working on IT transformation or system implementation projects.
- Strong exposure to Wealth Management platforms and investment services workflows.
Functional Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Wealth Management operations, including:
- Portfolio management
- Investment advisory
- Risk modelling and portfolio optimization
- Order lifecycle management
Technical Skills
- Experience working with Temenos Wealth Suite / Triple'A (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Temenos Triple'A core scripting (required).
- Familiarity with REST API standards and integration patterns.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall environments.
Soft Skills
