IT Associate

About the role

Become part of our IT team and gain hands-on experience in leveraging technology to support and enhance our business units in the financial sector. You'll play a hands-on role in supporting end users within business units, infrastructure, network and contributing to cybersecurity initiatives while at the same time, learning to adapt to evolving operational demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT technical support, maintenance and troubleshooting to end users.
• Support and maintain the telephone system and recording system support
• Performance data backup, routine checking and server room housekeeping
• Perform hardware and software inventory control
• Coordinate on IT procurement process and liaise with external vendors
• Work together with external IT vendors on the entire infrastructure

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any IT field
• Minimum 3 years experience in the above written requirements
• Able to speak and read simplified / traditional Chinese in order to liaise with stakeholders from Mainland China and Hong Kong
