Manages client assets by overseeing the entire assets lifecycle from delivery, asset tagging, withdrawal, deployment, collection and disposal of asset.
Work with internal teams (e.g., service delivery manager, desktop engineers) and external stakeholders (e.g., Customer) to ensure a holistic approach.
Weekly meetings with customers to update asset status, needs, risks and progress.
Provide regular asset management reports, maintain accurate asset records, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
Asset Management:
Asset/Logistics Management experience
Detail oriented and highly organized
Strong time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
Proficiency with asset management systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and other relevant tools is an added advantage.
Others:
Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
Comfortable with walking long distance (10-15mins) within customer premise
Comfortable with moving or carrying items such as laptops/desktops/monitors for store to store transfer, if required.
