Responsibilities :-
- Facilitate the oversight of IT procurement of hardware, software, and professional services, ensuring strategies are aligned with the Bank's strategies and objectives.
- Support collaboration with Compliance, Audit, and Quality teams to ensure procurement activities are fair, transparent, and compliant with Bank policies.
- Facilitate the IT project teams in defining sourcing strategies, identify potential vendors, and prepare for commercial negotiations to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Assist in managing the IT asset life-cycle, includingpolicy implementation, reporting, and monitoring risk and cost, to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
- Support monitoring and analysis of procurement spend and depreciation trends, recommending solutions to drive efficiency and savings.
- Prepare procurement updates and documentation for management updates.
Requirements:-
- A good degree with relevant experience in IT procurement or asset management, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with vendor negotiation, contract management, and IT asset lifecycle processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively and support team initiatives.
