Role Description

The Investment Banking Analyst will support deal teams in executing transactions, performing financial analysis, and preparing client materials. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Analysts collaborate closely with associates, vice presidents, and senior bankers to provide critical support throughout the deal lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining financial models, including DCF, LBO, and comparable company analyses.
• Conducting company, industry, and market research to inform investment recommendations.
• Preparing pitch books, presentations, and transaction-related documentation for clients and internal committees.
• Supporting the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and other strategic initiatives.
• Performing due diligence and coordinating with internal teams and external advisors.
• Monitoring market trends, valuation benchmarks, and sector developments.
• Assisting in business development and client relationship management activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field; CFA, MBA, or other advanced credentials are advantageous.
• Up to 1 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, or private equity.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
