Job Description:
We are looking for passionate, knowledgeable and objective Internal auditor to add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the company. Analytical and detail-oriented candidate to support analysis work.
Internal Audit
- Plan and conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits
- Document audit processes, assess risks, and evaluate internal controls
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Analyze audit findings and provide recommendations to mitigate risks
- Prepare audit reports and working papers
- Advise management on improving efficiency and control systems
- Handle special investigations when required
Analysis
- Prepare and consolidate management reports for decision-making
- Analyze business performance and project viability
- Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions
Others
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Requires strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data for accurate reporting
- Needs analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
- Must be able to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is essential
- Knowledge of auditing standards, laws, and regulations preferred
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related field with 2 years audit experience preferred
- Open to candidates with relevant qualifications but no experience, or those with strong skills and advanced certificates in any field

Additional Details Includes:
- Working Location: Chai Chee
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday. 8.30am to 6.15pm (Occasional OT may be required)
