. To submit the service request tickets in ITSM when requested by the support teams or clients,
track and ensure they are completed to meet pre-defined turnaround time.
. To help and assist in tracking the clean laptop counts.
. To help and assist in scheduling appointments for various activities.
. To keep track of the asset inventory in the storeroom.
. Any other ad-hoc duties as required and assigned in relation to the administration support.
. Basic knowledge in using ITSM tool will be an added advantage.
. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
. Good communication skills in both oral and written.
. Basic technical skills in End User Computing Devices (EUCD) will be an added advantage.
. At least 1 year of experience in similar job capacity.
