Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive tosupport daily HR operations and administrative functions. This role plays a keypart in ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management and office operations asthe company continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Functions
- Support end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interview coordination)
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR database
- Assist in payroll preparation and leave administration
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee queries and HR-related matters
Administrative Functions
- Oversee office administration and daily operations
- Manage office supplies, IT equipment, and vendor coordination
- Support procurement and expense tracking
- Coordinate company events and internal activities
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
Requirements
- Higher Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant HR/Admin experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
