Intern(Consumer Banking Sales & Service Quality)

Job responsibility:

• Handling of customer enquiry sent to Consumer Banking via email.
• Responding to basic customer queries.
• Assisting in administrative duties.
• Assisting superiors in completing other given tasks.

Requirement:

• Students must hold with valid local NRIC/Student pass.
• Eligible to do full time internship with proper approval from university and as required by curriculum requirement.
• Able to speak both English and Chinese mandarin will be a good advantage so as to serve English and Chinese speaking customers.
• At least 3 months full time internship duration is expected.
