Silverstreak Analytics is an AI-enabled credit investment platform currently in its early growth phase. We are focused on empowering institutional investors to research, benchmark, and structure credit transactions with new-economy technology ventures such as Fintech lenders, SaaS companies, mobility platforms, and e-commerce ecosystems across Southeast Asia.
As we build our foundational team, we are seeking high-calibre talent with both domain-specific financial expertise and regional exposure, particularly in cross-border technology credit markets.
Job Description: Management Associate - Intern
The Intern role is designed as a high-impact, rotational track intended to groom future leaders of the organization. The responsibilities will involve areas including (but not limited to) strategy, operations, analytics, and product development.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Investment Analysis & Deal Structuring
o Evaluate creditworthiness of fintech borrowers and tech-enabled SMEs across SEA
o Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and risk assessment
o Support investment structuring and documentation processes
2. Market Research & Strategic Planning
o Track market trends in private credit, alternative lending, and digital financing models
o Benchmark competitive dynamics across regions (SG, ID, VN, PH)
3. Product Development Support
o Work closely with tech and analytics teams to develop underwriting algorithms in Python
o Provide feedback and insights to refine investor dashboards and credit scoring models
4. Internal Operations & Reporting
o Prepare internal investment memos and monthly investor updates
o Participate in strategic initiatives relating to fundraising, investor relations, and regulatory compliance
Stipend: SGD 1,500 per month
Duration: 4 Months (Can be extended based on mutual agreement)
Job Requirements:
. Master's degree in finance, Economics or Business Administration is preferred but not mandatory
. Work experience (0 - 5 years)in related areas
. Demonstrated ability to engage with senior management and business partners
. High integrity, critical thinking, and strategic judgment in balancing business growth with sound risk management.
. Proficiency in an Asian language (Chinese Mandarin) is preferred but not mandatory
. Proficient in using Python, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
. Ability to work as a full-time intern from June - 2026
