Intern(Consumer Banking Deposit & Loan)

Job responsibility:

• Assist to prepare for daily and monthly reports and carry out deposit & loan business, customer data analysis.
• Support loan document review for accuracy and completeness. Help upload scanned loan documents to loan system.
• Sorting, categorizing, scan loan documents for record-keeping purpose.
• tracking and documenting loan customer queries and concerns, and maintain proper records.
• Other works assigned by superiors.

Requirement:

• Students must hold with valid local NRIC/student pass.
• Eligible to do full time internship with proper approval from university and as required by curriculum requirement.
• Able to speak both English and Chinese mandarin will be a good advantage in order to serve English and Chinese speaking customers.
