Intern, Advisory Solutions

We are looking for an intern to join our Advisory Solutions Teams for a minimum of 6 months commitment. This role will involve programming functions to simplify and streamline work processes for Capital Markets, Fixed Income, and Equities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Advisory Solutions Teams in programming functions to simplify and streamline work processes for Capital Markets (i.e. FX and Structured Products), Fixed Income and Equities.
• Build program to read Outlook emails and extract data from content into designated fields in excel for trade reconciliation.
• Review existing VBA codes in excel and convert to python for better efficiency.
• Assist with the programming/ coding of proposal building/ system automation to increase efficiency and productivity for Advisors.
• Assist with New Issues emails to internal stakeholders.
• Assist with proposal building.

Requirements

We are looking for an intern to join us in June/July 2026 for a minimum of 6 months commitment.

• Tertiary or Graduate student pursuing a bachelor degree in Banking or a related field.
• Very good proficiency in written English. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with good coding knowledge (i.e. VBA and HTML knowledge preferably, Python is a pre-requisite).
• Pro-active, self-initiated, hands on with a can do attitude with demonstrated ability.
• Collaborative individual who can work well as part of a team and independently.
• Strong organizational, investigative & analytical skills and attention to detail, while staying adaptable to tight deadlines.
• Have good verbal/written communication skills and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must have legal authorization to work in Singapore and do not require sponsorship for employment visa during the period of internship.
