Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare outdoor surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, or applying primer.
• Mix and match paints, coatings, and finishes according to specifications.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Ensure proper surface protection by applying sealants, fillers, or waterproof coatings.
• Work on scaffolding, ladders, or elevated platforms to access high areas safely.
• Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear during painting operations.
• Inspect completed work to ensure even application, durability, and quality standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to complete tasks on schedule.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a painter in construction or related field.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and material handling.
• Familiarity with safety regulations for working at heights and with hazardous materials.
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors under varying weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality finishes.
