Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Aluminium Window & Door Installer to lead and carry out the installation of aluminium windows, doors, and related systems. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to guide junior installers while ensuring high-quality workmanship, site safety, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out the installation of aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls, and related fittings on-site.
- Lead and supervise installation teams, ensuring tasks are completed according to specifications and standards.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and installation manuals.
- Ensure accuracy in measurements, alignment, and finishing during installation.
- Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with safety regulations.
- Train, mentor, and support junior installers and apprentices.
- Coordinate with project supervisors, site managers, and clients to resolve technical/site issues.
- Maintain tools and equipment, and ensure proper handling of aluminium materials.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in aluminium window and door installation.
- Strong knowledge of aluminium systems, fittings, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use installation tools accurately.
- Physically fit and able to work at heights when required.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Safety-conscious with knowledge of site safety regulations.
