Job Summary
Conduct inspections onboard vessels at various locations including shipyards, anchorages (in/out port limits), PSA, workshops, and overseas sites. Adapt to vessel schedules with flexible working hours and frequent extended overseas travel.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough inspections onboard vessels to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Adapt work schedule to vessel timings, including irregular and extended hours.
- Travel frequently overseas for periods ranging from weeks to months to conduct inspections.
- Use basic computer skills to document inspection findings and communicate via Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Communicate effectively in English to report inspection results and coordinate with team members.
- Maintain physical fitness to work in tough environments onboard vessels and at various locations.
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
