We are a fast-growing e-commerce company operating multiple stores across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Amazon. We focus on efficient, scalable operations and are actively integrating AI and automation tools into our daily workflows to improve productivity and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Create, upload, and optimise product listings (titles, images, pricing) across multiple platforms
- Manage and update inventory, product information, and store content
- Submit and monitor platform campaigns (e.g. 11.11, Payday Sales)
- Handle customer enquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders and coordinate with logistics/warehouse for delivery and tracking
- Use internal ERP systems and AI-assisted tools to support daily operations and improve efficiency
Requirements:
- Experience with Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop preferred
- Familiar with seller centre operations (listing, order management, campaigns)
- Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Fast learner with strong adaptability to new tools, especially AI-driven workflows
- Comfortable using or learning AI tools to improve productivity and work efficiency
