Role Purpose
To support day-to-day inventory and shipment co-ordination job scope to our strategic client and work closely with our operation team to deliver on-time service standards and stock accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary support contact to our strategic client
- Provide solutions to our strategic client whenever needed
- Coordinate operational, documentation, and service-related issues with internal teams
- Track jobs and shipments, follow up on action items, and ensure timely and accurate updates
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through post-issue reviews and feedback
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level qualification and above. A Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or other relevant fields will be an added advantage
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred. Entry-level candidates without prior experience may also be considered if they demonstrate strong interest in logistics
- Comfortable communicating with clients and internal stakeholders
- Good communication skills and meticulous
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a client-facing environment
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting tools
