We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Officer to join our team. This role is well-suited for individuals with a strong sense of responsibility, who are comfortable handling day-to-day accounting operations and supporting finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly AR & AP reconciliations
Processing and checking petty cash disbursement
Assist in handling of account receivables and debts collection
Assist in accounts payables and processing of payment
Any other adhoc duties / task assigned by Superior
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/A Level/ITE/LCCI or equivalent
Minimum working experience 1-2 years
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact well with internal and external customers.
Versatile & detailed, self-motivated.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel Applications.
