Information Technology Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain network, server, and computer systems hardware and software.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, systems, and services to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Provide technical support and training to end users for hardware, software, and network issues (onsite and remote).
• Implement and maintain data security policies, backup strategies, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within IT systems.
• Coordinate IT asset procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Document IT systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Stay updated with new technologies, recommending improvements or upgrades as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or network/system administration.
• Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices, network protocols, and cloud solutions.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.
