Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to ERP users and superusers.
- Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot ERP systems to align with business needs.
- Support ERP-related projects across the full life cycle, from initiation to post-implementation.
- Enhance and support processes such as refurbishment, warehousing, lot management, and customer-owned inventory.
- Generate reports and perform data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage post-project hypercare activities, including MRP, cycle counts, and other upcoming system-related initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong technical skills in ERP system implementation, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
- Experience in project management and ERP process improvements is an advantage.
Working Location: Kranji
Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
