About the Role
The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing computer equipment, managing the local area network, and providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair company computer equipment, ensure security precautions, and provide IT technical support to the company.
- Manage and maintain the company's local area network (LAN) and related equipment, perform server maintenance, and ensure data backups.
- Ensure the stability and normal operation of the network and server systems, promptly resolve network and server system failures, and ensure the secure operation of the company's office and business systems.
- Responsible for the maintenance and management of the company's monitoring systems, access control systems, and attendance systems.
- Manage daily administrative office supplies, fixed asset management, and payment of utilities such as rent, electricity, and water bills.
- 处理公司电脑设备的故障检修、安全防范,为公司提供 IT 方面的技术支持;
- 管理和维护公司局域网及相关设备,进行服务器维护、数据备份等;
- 负责维持网络和服务器系统的稳定、正常运转,及时解决网络和服务器系统故障,确保公司办公及业务系统的安全运行;
- 负责公司监控系统、门禁系统、考勤系统的维护和管理;
- 日常行政办公用品采购、固定资产管理、房租水电等费用支付;
Required Skills
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in desktop IT support.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, able to independently resolve issues related to LAN, routers, and computer hardware/software.
- Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and strong problem-solving ability with excellent execution skills.
- Outgoing personality, proactive in work.

- 有较强的故障分析判断能力,能独立解决局域网、路由器、电脑硬件软件上的问题;
- 良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神和独立解决问题的能力和卓越的执行力;
