Job Description:
- Assist in system/software setup, configuration, and deployment.
- Support project teams inexecuting implementation tasks within timelines.
- Participate in user acceptance testi ng (UAT) and help resolve basic issues.
- Provide first-level training and support to end-users.
- Document processes, prepare reports, and maintain implementation records.
- Learn and apply company standards, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with senior consultants/engineers for smooth project delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome prior internship or project experience in IT/software is a plus.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, software, or databases.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in implementation and client support.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
