Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
- Oversee payroll administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness in salary disbursements.
- Design, implement, and oversee performance evaluation systems to ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage all work pass application in compliance with MOM regulations.
- Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary actions with fairness and sensitivity.
- Supervise and mentor junior HR staff, providing guidance and coaching for their professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Hands-on experience in payroll management, performance evaluation systems, and visa/work pass administration.
- Multilingual ability (English, Chinese, Korean or other languages) is a plus.
- Experience working in a Korean company or with Korean stakeholders preferred.

- Monthly Salary Range: SGD 8,000 (negotiable)
