Assist and support the Group HR Head in designing group HR strategies for recruiting, compensation and benefits, learning and development and other HR initiatives for the group.
Assist the Group HR Head in overseeing country HR teams, cascading and monitoring group HR initiatives, ensuring effective roll out of initiatives.
Serve as the HR Head for Singapore and other assigned countries within the group.
Communicate, coordinate and follow up with country HRs on HR metrics and statistics, group HR meetings, monthly reports, annual budget, etc.
Support and partner various country leaders on ongoing and continuous improvement activities.
Provide guidance to local country HRs, in line with group HR direction, ensuring alignment and consistency.
Handle projects at group levels and coordinate with various stakeholders, ensuring effective deliverables.
Support group annual exercises and monthly payroll activities.
Attend to any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Group HR Head.
Requirements:
Degree in HR/Business/Management or related field.
Good MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Familiar with compensation benchmarking tools.
Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in leading teams.
Experience working as HRBP in dynamic matrix organisations.
Project Management skills.
Regional and generalist experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin. Bahasa a plus.
